Weather Closings

• The gym typically will close in the event that surrounding towns schools cancel due to snow or any other type of inclement weather. No refunds will be given in the event of snow or other inclement weather regardless of the number of cancellations. 

• Students will be offered a make up class or a different class option in place of missed classes.  If you are not able to attend the offered make up the school does not take responsibility and the class is forfeited. There are refunds. 
   

Attendance/Absences

•  Please let your child's coach know in advance if your child will be absent

• Excessive absences can result in removal from performances or competition team

• If your child is absent (for any reason) and you would like a make up please email their coach who will offer a different class as a make up

• If you are not able to attend the offered make up, the school does not take responsibility and the class is forfeited- there are no refunds.

Class Placement

• Students will be placed into a given class taking into account both their age and ability level based off a trial class. If at any time the studio owner/teacher feels that a student has been placed incorrectly, they will be moved into the appropriate class. Students will progress through levels at the discretion of our coaching staff.

 

Code of Conduct

• Students should arrive on time. We suggest arriving a few minutes early to get settled and prepared for class. Late arrival can be disruptive and hinder proper warm up and stretching.​

• We ask that parents please stay within the parents sitting area to watch. Parents are not allowed on the carpet of to linger along the sides.

• Food is not allowed to leave the picnic table area and should be picked up after

• Students should attend all classes in correct attire which allows the teacher to see proper alignment. No loose fitting or baggy clothing for all classes.  *see dress code tab for more info*

• We ask parents to respect coaches and teachers. We understand your concerns, as everyone only wants what they think to be best for their child, but we ask that questions or concerns are handled in a mature and professional manner. In doing so we assure you that all concerns will be gladly listened to and taken into consideration as to resolve the issue in the best way we see possible.
